My client is currently looking for someone with a strong customer service or sales background to join their team as their new Sales and Lettings Negotiator in The Wirral area. 

Working hours:

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday to Friday and every other Saturday with a day given in lieu. 

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • Upto £24,000 Basic

Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • Basic IT skills
  • Able to work independently, as well as, part of a wider team. 
  • Passion for property 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Personable, outgoing and friendly 
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Arranging market appraisals and property viewings
  • Obtaining and providing feedback post-viewing
  • Negotiating offers
  • Updating Clients on marketing of their property
  • Verifying buyers ability to proceed before confirming sale
  • Ensuring relevant legal compliance
  • To work as part of a team and individually
  • Be aware of workload and report to line manager daily/weekly
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
