Sales Consultant – Sheffield – £25,000 - £30,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a family run business who are actively seeking Sales Consultant to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who is pro-active, confident and enthusiastic. This role would suit someone with previous experience within a sales environment.

Package & Benefits:

• Starting salary of up to £30,000
• Monday – Friday 8:30am -5pm & Alternate Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm
• Employee Discount scheme

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Communicating with all new and regular customers via email and phone
• Support customers every step of the way from enquiry to after sales
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns
• Understanding services to help customers understand which service they would benefit them the most
• Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer
• Selling the right package to the customer with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list
• Co-ordinating the booking in diary to keep everything running smoothly
• Working as part of a team
• Ensure deadlines are met

Required skills & experience:

• Fantastic communication and organisation skills
• Pro-active worker
• Ability to sell products and services
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategy and sales reports
