Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency)

A great opportunity has arisen to join a well established independent Estate Agency in Sudbury. They are currently looking for a Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.

Some responsibilities but limited:

·Arrange and conduct viewings
·Give Feedback to vendor/landlord in a timely manner
·Negotiator offers for purchase or lets
·Create and advertise property details in accordance with current legislation
·Email and call out new instructions
·Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
·Promote properties through advertisements and open houses
·Keep up to date with all records and comply to company standards
·To take professional photographs and video tours in accordance with company policy
·Initiate and manage tenant referencing
·Any ad-hoc duties that arise

Ideal Candidate:

·Some Estate Agency Sales/Lettings experience
·Strong negotiation and selling skills
·Ambition, drive and charisma
·Presentable and professional
·Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationship with clients and colleagues
·Strong organisational skills
·Full UK driving licence

Depending on experience Salary £20,000 -OTE £25,000.00

Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Saturday on a rota 9am - 4.30pm with a day off in lieu
