Sales Manager - Healthcare Sector

Our client in the Solihull area is looking for a Sales Manager to joint their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Benefits:

• Salary - £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
• On Target Earnings - £50,000 to £60,000
• Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm and a 14:00pm finish on Friday.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the business development process for sales within the Healthcare sector.
• Ensure your sales data is logged and accurate on the database.
• Attend virtual and face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients.
• Prospecting new business via various sales channels.
• Follow-up and convert sales leads.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide progress reports and feedback to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 Years experience within a sales and account management environment.
• Experience selling into the Healthcare sector.
• Results driven and motivated.
• Ability to work financial targets and deadlines.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
