Sales Manager

Sales Manager Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Consultants to exceed targets.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with sales leads and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends.
  • Identify new opportunities.
  • Develop strategies and action plans.


Sales Manager Skills and Experience Required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for leading teams to achieve success.
  • Skilled at building relationships.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to drive strategic growth and profitability.


Sales Manager Key Benefits

  • Monday to Friday with options to work 08:00 - 16:00, 08:30 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:00.
  • Salary £40,000 plus £6,000 bonus.
  • Hybrid working.
