Our client is a reputable food production company base in Haverhill. They are looking for a Sales Manager to join there office base in Haverhill, Suffolk.

looking after a small team of telesales reps
Responsible for setting targets- weekly AND monthly
Training new telesales staff
Implementing sales strategies
Monitoring performance of the sales team
Once the lead from the telesales team has been generated you will be responsible for visiting the client and converting the business.
Client visits will cover Home Counties and East Anglia
Building on business relationships and order management

Salary is negotiable depending on previouse exsperience
