Sales Manager

Are you a sales professional with experience of managing a team? Do you have industry experience within design/construction or projects? Due to an increase in business, we are seeking a driven Sales Manager who genuinely thrives on motivating a team and who is not afraid to be actively involved in new business development!

We seek a Sales Manager who enjoys the autonomy of working for smaller organisations, works well in a team who share innovative ideas and who strives to get the best from their team! You will be a focused and driven individual, not deterred by working in an industry where resilience is key!

You would be working with a terrific team of like-minded individuals who are passionate about what they achieve and who are generously rewarded and recognised.

This is a full-time, office based position (close to Andover, Hampshire) Salary: Between £45,000 - £50,000 per year, plus a very attractive bonus scheme.

As Sales Manager, you will be heading up the sales team, responsible for their output, whilst assisting with the direct marketing and strategy.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced sales/business development manager, who excels in managing a team, motivating each individual to strive for their best results. You will lead by example and along with your team, champion new business development.

Sales Manager responsibilities:

• Business Development, managing and lead the business development team
• Quality control of new leads
• Motivating your team to meet their targets
• Telemarketing - creating new relevant opportunities and good quality leads
• Take on key clients, build rapport with longer term prospects and build up a meaningful pipeline
• Manage CRM and keep up to date
• Provide direction and support to the marketing department
• Social media & website - assist and provide content for company social media, mailshots, news and website
• Set up, run and work on regular focused marketing campaigns & newsletters
• Assist sales team to organise, plan and prepare presentations, designs, and quotes
