Sales Negotiator

Salary - £22,000 - £28,000 OTE £60,000 +

Company Car or car allowance - Driver required

Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm Every other Saturday 9:30pm - 4pm

Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to work within their East London Branch.

They are recommended highly in the area, boasting a wealth of local knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to understand their requirements.
• Arranging and attending viewings
• Liaison between sellers and potential buyers, and external contacts
• Assisting progression of deals from offer to exchange
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the full process.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in selling properties within the specific area.
• Hold a good understanding of current industry standards and regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
