Sales Negotiator

Northwood, Middlesex

£30,000 + Pension + Parking

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Negotiator to join a great organisation which has been established in the local area for many years.

Some of your duties will include:

- Promoting the sale or rental of commercial properties based throughout the UK

- Liaising with tenants and Landlords and agreeing terms and conditions of business

- Advertising properties available on corporate website and a wide range of online property portals

- Sending out written details of new properties on the market to prospective buyers/tenants

- Organising property viewings and negotiating offers of purchase/rental between buyers and vendors

- Referring buyers to Mortgage Advisors and Surveyors for advice and quotations
