Sales Negotiator

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a reputable and successful independent Estate Agents in Stafford. This established agent has an impressive reputation built up over several years and vacancies of this nature with them are very few and far between. They pride themselves on providing a great working environment with a solid and friendly team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Generating new business by contacting and forging relationships with potential buyers and sellers (Prospecting)
• Meeting and greeting applicants and clients in the office
• General answering of telephone calls and passing of messages where relevant
• Reviewing property marketing every fortnight in line with Office Manager
• Recommending price changes where relevant
• Ensuring offers are financially evaluated, put forward, and confirmed in writing
• Contacting applicants by telephone, email and post, to book viewings and identifying opportunities for potential Instructions where relevant
• Ensuring that all applicants initially registered by you are regularly spoken to and a new call-back date set
• At the end of each day, checking that all viewings are made and confirmed. Ensure clients earlier unavailable are contacted again
• Accompanying potential buyers to view properties

The Ideal Candidate:

• Preferably an Experienced Estate Agent who is ready for the step up
• Able to prove a track record in generating new business
• Resilient, positive and friendly
• A Full UK driving licence holder

The Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary
£30,000 to £35,000 On Target Earnings (Uncapped Commission)
