Our client, a well-respected independent agent are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Swindon.

This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning company that offers great career progression as well as training and support to kickstart your Estate Agency career.

Working hours of a Sales Negotiator:

  • Monday to Friday 8.45 am – 5.30 pm
  • Alternate Saturdays (Time of lieu)

In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

  • Up to £24,000 basic
  • £27,000 OTE
  • Pay per mile
  • Career progression

Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have the following:

  • Previous experience in Sales
  • Computer literate
  • Great communication both written and verbal
  • Able to work well individually as well as in a team
  • Full UK driver’s license and own car

Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Arrange and carry out viewings
  • Booking in valuations
  • Dealing with telephone calls both inbound and outbound
  • Basic administrative tasks
  • Undertake marketing duties
