We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Sales & Product Trainer for esteemed automotive brands in the Middle East. As part of our client's team, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and delivering comprehensive non-technical training to dealership staff, focusing on sales and product knowledge.

As a Sales & Product Trainer, you'll be at the forefront of developing a Middle East training concept and qualification path for our Sales personnel, aligning with the guidelines from our client's company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and delivering training programs for Sales Executives, from certification paths to specialized modules for supervisors.
  • Conducting central launch product training to ensure our teams are well-equipped with the latest knowledge.
  • Creating engaging training materials and aids to facilitate effective learning experiences.
  • Providing evaluation and reporting on training effectiveness for our dealer network, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining our training portal and overseeing attendance reporting for Sales Executives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, attending product launch committee meetings, and contributing to the overall success of our brands.

Your Qualifications should be:

  • A relevant University Degree coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a training or consulting role.
  • Proven expertise as a Qualified Trainer, with a passion for developing others.
  • Automotive sales certification and previous experience in automotive product knowledge are essential.
  • Experience within a premium automotive dealership is advantageous, providing insights into the industry's nuances.
  • Familiarity with tools to measure dealer quality, such as Customer Experience Management and Mystery Shopping, will set you apart.
