Sales Representative

Hays are recruiting for a Sales Representative on an exclusive basis, this role is a field-based role to cover the North and surrounding areas. Fully expensed car included in the package - driving licence and willingness to travel is essential.
Your new role
As sales representative, you will work with the wider sales & accounts team to develop and grow the targeted network of independent retailers. You will support the internal and external sales teams. You will attend meetings all across the UK, develop new accounts, grow existing sales, manage customers, build relationships, manage customer communications, present to customers and clients, business plan, organise and sell marketing packages, maintain account files, manage sales orders onto the CRM system and any other duties required via the sales and accounts teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within B2B Sales is essential, you will be able to travel, you will have a driving licence, you will be confident at presenting, you will have good sales experience, you will be technically strong, excellent communication skills are essential, you will be a strong negotiator. Strong IT skills are needed. A good knowledge and overview of the soft furnishing and window blind market is desirable.
What you'll get in return
This role is paying £30,000 + fully expensed Car, + Bonus. OTE in first 12 months £40,000 - £45,000. The role is flexible and travel + expenses included.
