Are you a Valuer with a great proven track record looking to earn commission per listing and on completion? If yes, our client is a successful and respected independent Estate Agency that is currently looking for a hungry, driven Valuer to join their expanding team to cover to Peterborough area.

The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations, and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Working hours:

As a Valuer, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday including every other Saturday (a Day off in lieu of every Saturday you work).

Our client is offering the successful Valuer:

  • Basic salary between £25,000-£28,000 (depending on experience) 
  • OTE £35,000-£40,000 (Uncapped)  
  • Career progression
  • 5-day working week
  • Full support from the Director
  • Free parking
  • Business mileage covered

To be considered for the role of Valuer you must have the following experience:

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Valuer with a strong proven track record
  • Expert local knowledge
  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Ability to gain new leads
  • Well presented with a confident manner
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
