SAP Payroll Expert

Ackerman Pierce is actively seeking a Payroll SAP Expert to join their team within Gloucestershire . This exciting opportunity, initially for a 6-month term, comes with the potential for extension based on performance and internal circumstances.

Candidates with Local Authority experience will be given preference.

Hybrid Working: This position allows you to work 4 days at home

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• As the Payroll Subject Matter Expert, you will join a team of professionals working on the implementation of the Organisations new SAP ERP system. This is a high profile, exciting project, driving improvements for the organisation, managers, and staff.
• You will be responsible for bringing your payroll expertise, working closely with the Business Service Centre who are responsible payroll service provision and with the system implementer to ensure the SAP Success Factors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll functionality meets the Organisations requirements.
• You will also work closely with the Organisational Change Management (OCM) workstream to ensure that process changes within the BSC are analysed against the new functionality and changes are understood to ensure a smooth go live.
