Your new role
As a Retirement Living Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their retirement living development. Your role involves managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
What you'll need to succeed
- An ability to work alone and organise workload effectively
- Ability to relate to a diverse range of people in building positive relationships
- Effective communication skills to be able to work with members of the public, particularly older people and able to clearly communicate information
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary opportunity which is expected to last at least for three months with the opportunity of an extension. The hourly rate is £12.86.
