School Business Manager - SEN Based School
  • Location: Guildford
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanant 
  • Salary: £38,746-£42,053 depending on experience.

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic School Business Manager to join our vibrant SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Guildford. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding and enhancing the high standards of our school, working closely with a range of stakeholders.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Oversee the financial management of the school, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Manage school administrative functions, including HR, payroll, and facilities.
  • Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, including external agencies and service providers.
  • Ensure the school environment is safe, resourceful, and conducive to learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the ethos and values of an SEMH school.
