Science Teacher - Bury - Autumn term

Prospero Teaching are supporting a client school in Bury who are recruiting for a temporary teacher of Science to join them from September for the full Autumn term, due to a member of staff having an operation and recovering.

For the duration of this role you will be teaching KS3 & KS4 classes of varying academic abilities and you will be expected to deliver engaging lessons that are inspire the students. You will be required to fully immerse yourself into school with planning and marking as well as attend departmental meetings and be available for parents evenings.

About the successful Science Teacher:

Hold QTS or QTLS.
Hold a relevant Science-related degree.
Experience teaching science in the UK l.
You will have excellent classroom and behaviour management.
You will be proactive and innovative with the ability to engage students in different ways.
Have safeguarding & FGM training certificate issued in the last year
Have Prevent awareness training certificate issued in the last 3 years
Training can be provided by Prospero Teaching
