We’re on the hunt for experienced and ambitious Second Charge Mortgage Advisors to join our client's stellar team. If you’re passionate about helping clients from their first enquiry to completion, we want to hear from you. You'll use our client’s state-of-the-art platform to provide top-tier mortgage solutions and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert advice on second charge mortgages from start to finish.
• Utilize the innovative platform to handle high volumes of business effortlessly.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with clients for a smooth process.
• Stay updated on the latest mortgage products and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of experience advising on secured loans and second charge mortgages.
• Proven track record of supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion.
• CeMAP qualification (must-have).
• Experience handling B2C enquiries and finding the best deals across multiple lenders (a plus).
