SEN Learning Mentor - Shropshire - £85-£95 a day

Aspire people are excited to be working with this innovative specialist school who are currently seeking engaging and enthusiastic support staff with the ability to work from Key stage 1 to Post 16.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Learning Mentors to provide specialist support to children with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as ASD, ADHD and other learning needs. You will be working in small group settings to promote a nurturing ethos while providing high quality learning and emotional support. You will be able to tailor you approach to suit each child's specific needs to keep then engaged.

You will need:
* Experience working with children with SEND.
* Compassion and understanding.
* Patience and flexibility to adapt to the children's individual needs.
* Updated and Clean DBS on the update service.
