Attention all education professionals!


Prospero Teaching is currently looking for talented and dedicated 1:1 Tutors to join our team and support children in across the BCP and Dorset area. Multiple positions are available and hiring is ongoing to meet the wide variety of needs we support.


As a Mentor/Tutor, you'll be responsible for offering a range of support to students, from a few hours to multiple sessions per week. You'll also be required to complete weekly feedback forms, tracking the student's progress, achievements, and overall development.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
· Location - Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Dorset
· Position - Tutor/Mentor
· Subject - Functional skills / life skills
· Start date - ASAP
· Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
· End date (if applicable) -
· Full time/part-time - Part-time
· The minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP20 per hour
· Hours - flexible


EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS (desirable however not essential)
· QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent
· Previous experience working in a UK school
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year


TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:


· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide two professional child related references
· Have a minimum of 1 years experience working in an educational setting
