About the School - SEN TA / LSA - Corby, Northamptonshire

This specialist SEN school, which focuses on children with severe Autism and learning issues, is searching for numerous SEN Teaching Assistants / Learning help Assistants to work in small classes, providing 1:1 help to pupils. The pupils in the class have complicated needs, making working with them tough but gratifying. These pupils respond best to calm and determined individuals who can help them succeed by determining how they study and then assisting them in understanding the subject.

This school, located in a spacious facility and grounds designated for kids with special needs, has received "Outstanding" ratings from Ofsted on a consistent basis. The school is inclusive, providing every student with the assistance they require to fulfil their academic and social goals. The school has developed a trusting relationship with the parents of its children, who are actively involved in school activities at all times.

About you - SEN TA / LSA - Corby, Northamptonshire

• A passion for SEN learners is the first requirement for this school every time!
• Experience with working as a Teaching Assistant or hold relevant qualifications
• Ideally having worked with SEN students previously
• Commitment to work with the school for at least this academic year as consistency is key for these pupils.
