ob Title: SEN Teacher

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Start Date: September 2024 (Immediate start available)

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) with a specialization in SEN (Special Educational Needs)

Experience:

  • Previous experience in teaching SEN students preferred, but not essential

Salary:

  • Competitive daily rate of £230

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students with special educational needs
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with support staff, parents, and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Attend meetings and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Qualities:

  • Passionate about supporting students with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
