The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our SEN students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with SEN students is desirable.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience and resilience in challenging situations.
