Randstad is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for the schools of Plymouth. We are seeking a compassionate, empathetic and determined Teaching Assistant who has strong interpersonal skills and patience in handling the special needs children.

What are we looking for?

  • Should have the eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Relevant Teaching qualification.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Teaching Experience in the UK.
  • Ability to provide 2 professional references
  • Should have strong communication and empathetic skills.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervising group activities.
  • Look after children's physical, social and emotional welfare.
  • Adapt teaching support according to student's needs.
  • Watch, record and report the progress that students make.
