Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child who has complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) requirements. This full-time position offers the chance to positively impact a child's learning journey until the end of the academic year.

Location:
Based in Heaton Norris, Stockport, within an outstanding school renowned for its commitment to educational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date DBS on the update service is essential.
  • Experience in 1:1 child-focused environments preferred.
  • Ideally, candidates should hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll provide invaluable support to enhance the learning experience of a child with complex SEND requirements. Your role will involve assisting with educational activities, providing emotional support, and fostering a nurturing environment conducive to growth and development.
