I am excited to be seeking a passionate Senior Architect to be joining a well established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with 25 years experience of offering specialist design solutions throughoput the residentiala dn commercial sectors. They are experts are producing creative, forward thinking and beautifully crafted designs supported by their extensive knowledge across the design process. With exciting upcoming projects they are a talented Senior Architect to join their friendly team in Hertfordshire.

The successful Senior Architect will have extensive post qualification experience within an Architectural practice including at management level, as well as strong understanding of the current building regulations and well versed in AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Have extensive post Part Three qualification experience
• Strong design skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch UP
• Excellent technical understanding of current building regulations
• Good technical abilities
• Experience working at senior level
• Good management and mentoring capabilities
• Work well in and leading a team
• Proven track record of job running
• Experience working across residential and commercial projects
• Live locally to East Hertfordshire
