Senior Architectural Technologist

A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to join one of the UK's leading and most reputable consultancies within their industry. This role will be based within the Nottingham area. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to MOD work. With exciting projects in the pipeline and recently opened office this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to progress their career with a leading consultancy.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors
• Liaise with other professionals
• Develop project briefs
• Work from inception to completion
• Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
• Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
• Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
• Lives within a commutable distance of Nottingham
• Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good knowledge of building regulations
• Driving licence

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary £38,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
• 5% company pension scheme
• Cycle to work scheme
• Annual pay review
• 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
• Hybrid Working - 3 days from home
