Frazer Jones are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a leading pharmaceutical business to secure a Senior Reward Analyst on a 6 month FTC. The role will report to the International Reward Director, working in a reward team of 3 and the role will also have the opportunity to turn permanent. Collaborating effectively with the wider HR team, you'll be delivering compensation and benefits related activities across the UK, Europe and APAC. Duties will include:

  • Support with the annual pay and bonus review cycle work, carrying out benchmarking and other related activities.
  • Managing compensation projects including survey submissions and M&A activity.
  • Developing salary structures and prepares presentations and recommendations for their implementation.
  • Reviewing the sales incentive plans.
  • Conduct audits on compensation data.
  • Working closely with vendors and completing benefits renewals.
  • Collate and complete analysis on compensation and benefits related data.
  • Ensure the total reward offering is competitive and fit for purpose and propose suitable recommendations for enhancements.
  • Partnering with the wider HR team and other departments such as finance, ensure all reward policies and practices are adhered to.

To be considered for the role you must have at least 4 years experience operating as a Reward Analyst or Senior Reward Analyst. The primarily experience needed for this role is compensation work, but you must also have some exposure to benefits management, at least for the UK. You should have an analytical mindset and be able to support with pay review and complete activities such as benchmarking with minimal supervision. You should have effective communication and stakeholder management skills and be available on short notice for a contract role. It's essential that you have covered EMEA or APAC markets. A salary of £60-70k is on offer for this role and the working model is 2 days a week in their Basingstoke office. The business is experiencing successful growth so there is likely to be permanent opportunities that become available out of this and you'll be acting as a highly knowledgeable and supportive Reward Director that will act as a great mentor for your career growth. You'll not only be supporting with BAU activities but there are numerous reward projects underway that you'll be able to contribute to.
