The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of projects across diverse sectors, including industrial, leisure, health, education, residential, office fit-outs, and listed building/conservation. Your role will involve:
- Managing a variety of projects spanning different sectors within the construction industry.
- Being responsible for daily administrative tasks and overseeing project execution.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, equity partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting site visits and ensuring projects align with client expectations and industry standards.
- Aspiring to lead and inspire the team through your expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Demonstrate leadership in guiding project teams and managing resources effectively.
- Participate in business development activities, contributing to the growth of the consultancy.
The Senior Construction Project Manager RICS Chartered Membership (preferred)
- RICS Chartered Membership (preferred) or intention of achieving it.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
- A strong background in working within a Consultancy environment.
- Experience across varied build sectors with a proven record of successful project delivery.
- A full driver's license.
