Senior Credit Controller

Your new role

• Managing the collection and processing of customer payments ensuring open balances are accurate and up to date.
• Minimising overdue, non-payments and the risk of bad debt so that the business cash flow performance is maximised.
• Reconciliation of the trade debtor ledger on a monthly basis.
• Preparation of weekly targets for inclusion in the cash flow forecast.
• Ensure customer contact details are up-to-date.
• Prepare and issue monthly statements to customers.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, liaising with Sales Teams.
• Any other ad hoc duties required by the Financial Controller / Finance Director.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Credit Controller who has managed a debtor ledger and the complete order to cash process. If you have supervised at least 1 member of staff, that will be seen as advantageous to your application.
