Job Title: Senior Customer Advisor

Location: Solihull

Role:

  • Utilise professional call handling skills to provide a high-quality service to customers
  • Respond to emails and online enquiries promptly, professionally and in compliance with company standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge to effectively address customer enquiries
  • Identify trends and gaps within the department, providing feedback for continuous improvement
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met
  • Ensure all customer demands are accurately and completely recorded on the company CRM system

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Highly organised
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
