SENIOR DECISION SCIENTIST - LONDON

UP TO £60,000

THE COMPANY

I am supporting a high growth fintech on a pivotal Senior Decision Scientist hire. Within this role you will play a key role in understanding customer behaviour, using data to target the right customers, creating triggers to communicate at the correct time.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior Decision Scientist responsibilities will include:

  • Utilise data to target the right customers and creating triggers to communicate with them at the right time
  • Utilise pre-built models cross sell prediction, CLV, segmentation, churn - Use model outputs and amending predictive models to generate outputs/insights
  • Help the organisation expand their channels beyond just digital e.g telephony
  • A/B testing on campaigns and promotional offers
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to make data driven recommendations

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Decision Scientist will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience using SQL & Python in a commercial setting
  • Ability to generate insights and actionable recommendations to support business growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with impactful experience/value add
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing business
