Role: Senior Design Manager
Location: Birmingham
Offer: £55,000 to £75,000 + £5,400 car/travel allowance, pension, healthcare, hybrid working, work life balance, career progression & more.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking and experienced Design Manager to join a tier one main contractor on a project in Birmingham. The Senior Design Manager will quickly become an integral member of the site team working on the refurbishment of a major healthcare facility that serves the West Midlands. As a Senior Design Manager, some of your key duties will include:

• Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations
• Ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act
• Providing designs that meet the clients specifications and budgets
• Offering advice and guidance to the site teams with feasible design solutions

Senior Design Managers considering this opportunity will need to have worked as a Design Manager for a UK based main contractor. Candidates that have previously worked on healthcare projects and with knowledge of NHS health building notes (HBN) and health technical memoranda (HTM) will be at an advantage.
