The Senior Estimator

My client is in search of a candidate who brings a rich background in high-end residential projects, complemented by:

• A proven track record in estimating for new build residential projects, with a strong emphasis on the high-end market.
• Experience within a development or main contractor environment, ideally within the luxury residential sector.
• The ability to manage complex estimation processes for high-value residential projects.
• A detailed understanding of the unique demands and quality expectations of the high-end residential market.
