Senior Finance Analyst

Central London, Hybrid

£70,000-£80,000

Our client, a highly regarded Property Developer and Investor, is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join their expanding finance team in Central London. They currently own and manage just under half a billion of AUM in properties across the UK and are experiencing significant growth across multiple areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being responsible for financial forecasting for company profits and corporate cashflow, with a focus on reconciling year-to-date figures
  • Collaborating with the development team to prepare, update, and assess development appraisals, incorporating new information on potential sales, cost tender returns, and banking terms
  • Generating funding reports for equity and debt lenders
  • Liaising with lawyers regarding property finance matters, ensuring compliance with required conditions
  • Support with legal documentation for joint ventures and development management agreements liaising with senior management and stakeholders
  • Monitoring actual expenditure against budget for development deals and joint ventures

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA), CFA qualification or studying towards that would be advantageous
  • Experience in accounting/ financial analysis/ FP&A or commercial finance role
  • Real Estate experience is preferred
  • Excellent and advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including VBA and Macro
  • Good communication and forward-thinking skills
