Position Details:

Key Responsibilities and experience:

• Leading pitch design presentations and client consultation throughout the design process
• Developing concept design sketches and AutoCAD in 2D layout
• Leading the FF&E selection

• Coordinating Building Control + Planning Applications
• Cross-functional working throughout the department and with the project team
• Managing and leading teams with design leadership to meet client expectations and ensure the project design brief is followed.

About you:

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the following key areas:

• Expert skills in Software: Office Suite, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign (Revit is advantageous but not a pre-requisite)
• Selecting and scheduling FF&E
• Previous experience in Interior Design & Build is preferred.
• Degree in Interior Design
• Experience of working at an architect practice.

We are seeking someone who is a strong all-rounder with high level conceptual design and client management skills, supported by extensive hands-on project experience. Communication skills are key for this role as you will be working closely with our Head of Design and other Project Leaders, working collaboratively, whilst sharing your knowledge and experience to empower junior and mid-level team members.
