Personal specification:

• Have experience as a lettings negotiator within residential estate agency
• Be target driven with a proven track record of achievement
• Good administration skills
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
• A full UK driving licence.

The company will provide a basic salary of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings of £35,000. Fantastic benefits will include quarterly awards, trips and prizes, discretionary bonus, medical insurance & more!
