Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a multidisciplined consultancy based in Milton Keynes, who have provided highly technical building services to all sectors.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Help develop and grow the mechanical engineering team by providing solutions to projects and mentor the more junior members
  • Maintain current client relationship and help acquire new clients, business and opportunities
  • Produce sustainable and mechanical strategies for buildings and make sure quality design measures are met
  • Carry out site surveys and inspections throughout the construction phase

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant degree within a building services or mechanical engineering field
  • Strong experience is a mechanical design engineering within the building services industry
  • Previous experience in a client facing role, with a track record of successfully delivering on multidisciplined projects.
  • Good experience with industry relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
