An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a national and well-known estate agency in Bracknell. This role involves providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice within a busy, high-performing office environment. The office deals with mortgages up to £2m, with an average property value of £560k. If you are a driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for exceeding targets, this is the perfect role for you.

Main Duties

• Work as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor or Mortgage Broker in the thriving Bracknell office of one of the UK’s most recognized estate agency brands.
• Manage a steady pipeline of 7-10 new mortgage leads per week, alongside access to an extensive database of nearly 2,000 loyal remortgage clients.
• Deliver expert advice on mortgage and protection products to meet diverse client needs.
• Leverage the busy Bracknell branch’s extensive property sales, which average 100 properties sold monthly, with valuations up to £2m.
• Collaborate closely with the estate agency team to generate leads and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient case handling.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales within a tied, independent, or banking environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Full UK driving license and clean credit history.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage and protection products and a client-focused attitude.
