A highly reputable organisation based in Kent is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner for a six-month fixed term contract, due to a period of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multinational organisation who are leaders in their industry and whose purpose is "to do good".

Senior People & Culture Business Partner: Six Month FTC. Kent. Up to £80,000. Hybrid working on offer.

As the Senior People and Culture Business Partner you will work closely with business leaders to provide HR expertise to the UK and European teams and offer strategic people and culture support to achieve their goals. This is an incredibly fast paced and varied role, where you will help to develop a strong employee relations framework across all European sites (including France, Netherlands and Germany), implement people and culture initiatives and assist in compensations and benefits programs. In addition, you will be responsible for driving diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives, supporting the implementation of a new HR system and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across Europe.

If you have solid generalist experience operating in busy HR Business Partner role, have strong knowledge of EU employment laws and regulations and have driven organisational effectiveness, talent management and change management initiatives this will be of great interest to my client.
