The Company:
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a UK-based company specialising noise control and acoustic solutions. They implement their acoustic hardware on construction projects of every size, across Residential, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. Some notable projects have been the O2 arena, the UCL Hospital and the Olympic Park. For over 50 years they have successfully delivered their services across the UK and Europe, so are now renowned in their field.
Due to rapid expansion, my client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their head office, near Luton.
Role responsibilities include:
- Project delivery from the point of order to hand over.
- Ensuring the company's standards are maintained by managing suppliers and subcontractors' quality of work fit the client's specifications, while adhering to CDM regulations.
- Overseeing the design process.
- Delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
- Liaise with stakeholders.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management within the construction industry, ideally working on large scale projects.
- Clean UK driver's license
- A willingness to travel and a passport.
- Training in relevant qualifications.
- CSCS Manager card would be preferrable.
