Senior Project Manager 6month Fixed Term Contract - FTC

£50-75K pro rata

The Agency: My client is a contemporary global creative and media agency, built for the now. Born in social, their work has evolved into an integrated agency that embraces big ideas connecting and creating real change for their clients' businesses. They have a global presence with offices in major cities worldwide and a distinguished reputation in industry awards such as Cannes Lions.

The Opportunity: We're seeking a very confident Senior Project Manager to join the London office, playing a pivotal role in planning, and managing large, complex projects. This is an always-on role, contributing to the fast-paced creation of creative content while also orchestrating larger campaign initiatives.

The Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day management and execution of projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Track financial progression, suggesting and making adjustments as needed.
  • Partner with Account, Strategy, and Creative leads to ensure client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs are met.
  • Lead project-related meetings and be client-facing for budget, timing, resource, and process considerations.
  • Liaise with internal specialty leads and manage relationships with vendors on production projects.
  • Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents.
  • Support the Head of Delivery in monitoring PMs and have line reports when applicable.

Your Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with complex strategic projects, requiring senior stakeholder management.
  • Problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of creative development and asset creation processes across multi-channels.
