The role includes coordination of pre-tenancy, midterm, and post-tenancy properties, requiring a candidate with organisational prowess, a track record of effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with a team or work independently. While ARLA members is preferred, candidates with meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a customer service background will be equally considered.
