Position: Sales Manager - Sunbury on Thames


Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic with potential earnings of up to £70,000 OTE

Exciting Opportunity for a Dynamic Sales Manager in Sunbury on Thames!
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our award-winning estate agency in Sunbury. As part of a thriving, multi-office estate agency, you will lead our busy office and drive growth in the local market.
Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a dominant market share in the area
  • Drive revenue maximisation and expand the property portfolio
  • Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Ensure branch profitability by meeting financial targets
  • Manage team performance effectively, implement action plans, and achieve results

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Estate Agency and a strong customer service background
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious targets
  • Strong team management skills
  • Inherent motivation and unwavering enthusiasm
  • Commitment to high standards of service and presentation
  • Strong organisational abilities and innovative market growth strategies
  • Possession of a full driving license


Offer: The successful candidate will receive a competitive package, including incentives and exciting career advancement opportunities within our organization. Basic salary circa £30,000 - £35,000 with potential earnings of up to £70,000 OTE.
