Senior QS / Commercial Manager required ASAP to lead on £25m super prime residential project in Mayfair

I have an urgent requirement for one of my clients, a specialist contractor on stone / facade work on one of London's most luxurious projects in Mayfair - think One Hyde Park of today.

The role is to be Commercial Lead on the project, which has two years to run and will involve dealing directly upstream with the end user client as well as downstream with subcontractors.

The role is based between site and the client's office in the West End.

They're an international contractor and part of a group who have a global T/O of c.£500m.

The successful candidate will have a contracting background, whether main contractor or subcontractor or both and have experience of commercially managing their own projects, including up to / over £25m.

There's poteential opportunity for the right individual to progress into a Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Director role.
