A professional, multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy is seeking a career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their growing Liverpool office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a respected consultancy with a strong presence in the property market, working on commercial, residential, hotels, affordable housing, student accommodation, senior living and much more.

Working in a client facing role, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing projects to completion, cost plans, project management, risk management and much more.

This position offers limitless opportunities for career advancement, making it an ideal fit for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to embrace greater responsibilities. Among these, leading and mentoring Graduate Quantity Surveyors and advancing towards an Associate Quantity Surveyor role stand out as key developmental pathways.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience working within a cost consultancy/PQS firm
• Property sector experience is beneficial but not crucial
• A construction related degree qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Client facing and ambitious
