Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, multidisciplinary Construction & Property consultancy is seeking an ambitious, career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Plymouth office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The newly appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a Building Top 150 Consultancy, widely recognised across the industry, with 9 offices nationwide.

Working across a broad variety of sectors in the region including Commercial, Retail, Education & Higher Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Leisure, Industrial, Private Residential, and Public. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have no shortage of interesting projects to work on.

Reporting directly to the Associate QS and Director, this position entails managing significant local commissions autonomously, supervising projects along the South Coast of England, and providing guidance to junior team members.

The position provides an exceptional pathway for career progression, with clear opportunities to advance to Associate QS and potentially beyond. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• Property / Real Estate sector background
• Strong QS background within a UK Consultancy
• Pre & Post Contract Experience
• Valid Driving License
