Your new company
Our client is a Tier one main contractor, working on a multi-million pound highway improvement project in the Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire area.
This is a major roads project, including A & B roads, and roundabout and junction upgrades.
There is circa 1 year worth of work, with follow-on projects in the local area thereafter.

Your new role
You will be Senior Quantity Surveyor, reporting to the Commercial Lead for the area.
You will be part of a commercial team, with input to oversee the QS & AQS in your team.
The project has started recently, therefore this is managing a live major project, all the way through to final account.
NEC 4 Form of contract.
This role is outside IR35

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a main contracting background, having worked on Roads and Highways projects previously.
NEC4 form of contract experience
Ability to oversee and assistant or intermediate QS.Able to commit to a long term, (circa 12 month) assignment
