International Group headquartered in Bristol now seeks to appoint a Senior Reporting Manager to deliver an effective month and year end close. You will sponsor good governance and ensure compliance with group policy and IFRS accounting standards. Role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will take a lead role in developing and optimising financial reporting process for the business. Owning the preparation of all statutory accounts the UK entities and the Group consolidated accounts, you will also manage the preparation of the year-end audits including close liaison with the auditors. We would look for you to keep abreast of and implement technical accounting changes as they apply to the business also through involvement in multiple projects. You will support delivery of the cashflow targets and provide meaningful and timely analysis of business performance to allow course correction. In addition you will regularly assess the financial processes in supporting financial data preparation and assets safeguarding.

About You

Having ideally trained and qualified in a Top6 accountancy firm, you will demonstrate a strong IFRS understanding and perhaps be a Manager/Senior Manager looking for your fist move into industry. With the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with critical decision making, you will naturally have high integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance.
